Meet Our Team

Trent Moore has over 20 successful years sourcing, operating, financing, and selling multifamily properties in San Francisco. He began his career in the early 2000’s as a multifamily sales agent at Marcus & Millichap in the San Francisco office and since 2008, he has operated his own real estate investments, syndications and companies. He brings extensive expertise in San Francisco rent control and real estate syndication. Trent’s simple investment philosophy is to buy during lulls in the real estate market and refinance or sell during the boom times.

Trent earned his BA from the University of California Berkeley in 1994 and Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco in 2001.

JD Figone is the Operations Manager at Northside Capital Partners and the Lead Property Manager for Marina Real Estate. He oversees firm-level office operations as well as the day-to-day management of Northside’s multifamily portfolio, working closely with ownership, accounting, and vendors to ensure efficient execution across the portfolio.

He previously spent three and a half years in investment sales with Marcus and Millichap’s Hospitality Division and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Riverside.

He is a seventh-generation San Francisco native.

Clark Schmutz is Legal Counsel for the group, where he manages the legal aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, and landlord-tenant issues. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Clark completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan and received his law degree from UCLA in 2022.

His professional background includes time at the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office and work in commercial litigation at a firm in San Mateo. Clark now uses his experience with legal disputes and transactions to support the group’s real estate projects and operations throughout San Francisco.

Carrie Jeske began her real estate career working for global commercial real estate leader JLL. Having worked for start-ups and growth companies prior to Real Estate, Carrie was hired to support the commercial and more recently the residential needs for the founders and the companies she worked with. Carrie’s multi-faceted real estate background ensures Northside Capital Partner clients receive tailored solutions aligned with both their lifestyle and investment goals.
